nurzia does super duper work. everyone is great.
They are in cahoots with the insurance companies and will not assess damage above your deductible, no matter how bad it is. I waited a month for them to upload their inspection report. There was also poor communication with two different people at the company contacting me with conflicting information.
After water damage in my basement, my insurance company recommended Nurzia and I’m glad they did. Rob was excellent—prompt, accommodating, and dedicated to making sure everything was done right. He made the process easy and quickly addressed anything that needed fixing. The only issue was with the painter, Sean. The paint required an additional coat, which he seemed reluctant to apply. Awful...worst GC I've dealt with in over 20 years of construction. Those I've dealt with are arrogant and confrontational. Also be careful, safety is not a priority, and they may get someone hurt (again).
Great experience. The team was professional, on time, and very thorough with the duct cleaning. They left everything clean and you can tell the difference in the air quality already. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
