All of the medical staff including Dr. Jooma, nurses, lab people, and girls at the desk have been great. My problem is with whoever is in charge of authorizations and chemo scheduling. I was supposed to have my 1st chemo on Wednesday, the 8th. That was cancelled and so far has not been rescheduled. I have spent hours on the phone, trying to get the authorization straighted out, and to-date (today is the 10th), the insurance company has not yet received a request for authorization, and nobody has called me to reschedule chemo... read more
