Cate was phenomenal! I tried craniosacral therapy for the first time there (as a recommendation from my oral myofunctional therapist). I was very impressed by how compassionate Cate was and how much more relaxed my chronically tight muscles were after seeing her. It was the most relaxed I’ve felt after body work, and I’ve gotten more traditional massages for over 20 years. Cate has very healing hands and clearly a warm heart and I highly recommend her! The place is beautiful and a calm setting as well.

DeeDee did a great job with my prenatal massage! She recommended stretching and exercises to help with my sciatica pain that came on due to pregnancy. I felt better after the massage. Also, it was beautifully decorated! I loved the lavender color on the walls.
I visited Nurturing Touch throughout my first pregnancy and I’m back again for my second. I love their prenatal massage service with belly cut out. Carmel is my favorite practitioner, she has skillful knowledge of body physiology and does a great massage!
