I do talk therapy with Ashley and she’s exceptional. She’s very kind and understanding. I have never felt judged, her voice is so comforting in times of need. I just finished my first osteopathy session with George and he is also very nice. Extremely easy going and makes you feel comfortable. After my first session my posture was immediately improved and my back lower was so much better. While he’s making adjustments he’s very gentle and explains what he's doing.
Incredibly amazing. I’ve tried many options, many treatments, but nothing compares to the results that I have experienced in only a little over a month. I would encourage anyone to come to this amazing environment, kind people, and incredible service. .
Prior to seeing George for Osteo, I had very tight hip flexors and a very sore lower back due to Degenerative Disk Disease. After just one month of every week sessions, I'm able to decrease my pain medication and can be pain free for most of the day. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with soothing music playing and even tea and treats. I would highly recommend Nurturing Roots for support and care. Thank you all!
I had two appointments with George so far and I can't recommend his services enough. I leave there feeling like my mind and body had a vacation and is renewed! So thankful I found Nurturing Roots and George. Must book.
