The new volunteer coordinator carina is very rude. Not friendly at all. I really wish Veronica and Laura would come back. They were sweet always willing to help and very understanding I never once made me feel like I was being judged
I wouldn’t refer anyone here. I was called a liar to my face and told that I misunderstood what was said, just because I wanted something. I was cut off numerous times while trying to communicate. This is not how you help people, and she wasn’t even apologetic or willing to listen to what I had to say. I will not step foot in this office again. hopefully the can go back and review the call and understand they are not anyone I need to lie too
Very loving staff. They don’t judge and provide love and compassion
I love the staff here and all the help they’ve provided. They’re so thoughtful and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the items you need!
