Absolutely loved every second of the 5 week baby massage course. At first I couldn’t understand how it would take 5 weeks but by the end of week one I wanted it to never end! Deb really cares about mums on the coast and goes above and beyond. Her whole team are amazing and so welcoming. The weekly slice of cake and chats with the mums whilst the babies are cuddled by her team was so refreshing. Would recommend to any new mum.
My introduction to Nurture Me was via the baby massage class, with my first baby, it was so much more then a quiet loving moment with the baby, but was also an opportunity to hear the wisdom from season mother Deb & connection with new mums in the current trenches. I recently returned for a pregnancy massage ( Devine ) and with my second baby to do the Calm Mum Course with Jennine which was equally valuable. Such a beautiful space.
My Husband and I attended a Prenatal workshop today at NurtureMe and absolutely loved it . From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms and felt comfortable and at home. We learnt so much, had so much fun and feel empowered. On the way home my Husband mentioned how special and included he felt and how much it meant to him to feel so included. We had the most wonderful experience with the pre natal birth class! Highly would recommend if you’re a first time parent.
Incredible massage with hot stones and oil. Great pressure and technique. Such a special treat during my pregnancy. I especially loved that there was a supportive hole for my belly. It was 1000% better than the side lying pregnancy massage I had elsewhere. The team are also really warm and welcoming and service was seamless.
