My sister gifted me the baby massage classes at Nurture Me, and it has been the most wonderful gift and a highlight of my postpartum experience. Such a wonderful support place for parents! Feels like home, such a caring team it’s wonderful. My first visit to nurture me was a prenatal class that was so amazing with a special focus on self care. I had a massage here when I was pregnant it was heaven, I left floating on a cloud which I didn’t think was possible in my third trimester!! I did the baby massage and more course with Deb at Nurture Me and it really was massage and more! I absolutely loved the guided connection time with my baby while learning the massage strokes. Plus the weekly chats guided by Deb with the other mums were so insightful and comforting. Deb is a natural nurturer and makes you all feel so loved and welcomed and supported - and somehow manages to whip up the most delicious cakes right in the kitchen while we’re there each week! Deb runs the most beautiful baby massage classes - lots of wisdom shared, opportunity to connect with other Mums and spend one on one time with your new baby in a nurturing, supportive environment. Would recommend to all Mums whether it’s your first, second, third or last baby
