These are the people you want to see. Finding out I'm ADHD in my 30s was confronting, but from the very first contact, the team have been kind, attentive and professional - the sacred trifecta. Sent an enquiry and had a nice text conversation (if you're a millennial and hate phone calls, this is so helpful), then moved through the process gently with guidance every step. Absolutely terrible, took $800 no rebate to Medicare to date. Scheduled appointment was booked for 7/1/2026 and received a text that the doctor was suddenly not available till 23.1/26. Called and left a message at 2.00pm an still no reply. BE WARE
They charged me the full cancellation fee which I have canceled the appointment and didn’t confirm the text message.
If you want a good receptionist I pray you speak to Alice because she is an absolute angel. I might not have considered this company if my first point of contact (Alice) wasn't so lovely and friendly. I feel so safe with these people (Alice). My therapist is also lovely.
