I have been seeing Lauren Staples for over 4 years now. This past year when I learned I was pregnant I knew I wanted to be more consistent with massages. Lauren helped me each month feel relaxed & restored. I believe this was crucial to my prenatal health and delivery. Lauren is accommodating, responsive, and very talented. She has helped my body through pregnancy, postpartum, and trauma. I can't recommend Nurtured enough.
