I have been coming here since I moved to Texas which was about 5 years ago now. I’ve had a few instances where I’ve showed up on time for my scheduled appointment but have had to wait a while to be called back. I had a very negative experience with the intake representative. The interaction felt sarcastic and unprofessional, and the tone used toward me was dismissive and condescending. No patient should feel spoken to in a way that comes across as belittling or disrespectful. I had a vaginal delivery with Dr. Patterson and I’m very happy that I chose her as my OB-GYN. We decided to do an induction at 39 weeks, and the whole experience went very smoothly. The only negative point I would mention is the long wait time at the office. Almost every appointment we waited close to an hour after our scheduled time. However, the staff were always kind and helpful, and Dr. Patterson’s excellent care made the wait worth it.
If you want to be rushed around like cattle. Go here. If you want ultrasound techs who fail to diagnose your growing baby. Go here. If you want to pay money for every signature. Go here. If you negligent health care providers parading around like they are gods. Go here. If you want techs to obsessively take pictures of your childs privates. Go here. Living with a child with life long disability is not a joke. Do better or close your doors.
