I called yesterday afternoon to set a 30 week prenatal appointment. Apparently an employee from the front staff took the liberty of taking me off their active client list without any prompt from me. I had previously canceled an appointment due to personal scheduling conflicts with the intention on rescheduling on a later date. When I initially canceled there were no questions asked or any other information given to or by me, it was a simple cancellation.
