Last night my son and I slept so deep and complete! I have not slept on that level in a very long time... I cannot tell you when I had that kind of sleep... Felt really rich and amazing! I totally attribute it to the Reiki I received last night... I really felt restored energetically!! I had been feeling pretty burnt out in areas of my life before last night... I am really proud of myself for completing level I Reiki and looking forward to level II... When you give you receive!
Love the yoga classes and the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Andrea for massage therapy. She is simply gifted! I had been experiencing severe and limiting bursitis pain for 2 years and had been to orthopedists, physical therapists, tried multiple pain strategies with no success. After a session with Andrea when she worked MAGIC in this painful area with deep tissue massage and essential oils, I have been pain free for over a month.
