Absolutely abysmal customer service. I chose to make an appointment via their website, filled out lots of forms, and then 3 days later I get an email asking me to log into my patient portal to fill out more forms. Being that I never had a patient portal, I called & left a voicemail asking what I need to do to get an appointment. The woman who called me back said she received my voicemail, but she was still unclear as to why I was calling. At this point my patience is wearing thin. Terrible expirence with this organization. I attempted to take our child to both Danville and Harrodsburg locations. After several unreturned calls and web messages we eventually got a consultation which went well. However the therepist we met with left the company before our child's initial appointment. After several weeks of waiting the company is still unable to provide care for our child. Yet they still expect payment for the consultation on a service they are unable to provide.
