Kim is both thoughtful and knowledgeable! I've had issues with my posture and hip for years and Kim is helping me figure out better movement patterns. She listened to me describe my issues, watched me move and explained what was happening. I'm glad to have found her!
Kim's passion is contagious. She makes you feel seen, safe, and hopeful. And then she backs it up with a dedication to her craft through continued education with the critical and brilliant mind. What you get is someone fully present, dedicated, and filled with knowledge that can support your needs however you present them. I wish I could see kim more often!
I have been going to see Kim at Nurture Bodyworks for a few months. Kim has helped me alleviate 90-95% of my low back pain! I could feel a difference after the first session. I have faithfully gone for Chiropractic care the last 16 years, and although helpful, it has not helped as much as what Kim has taught me. Between educating me about stretches that were not beneficial for me, posture correction education, breathing technique, massage, and at home exercises I feel like a new woman. Much thanks Kim, I am truly grateful.
Kim is Magic. Whenever my neck flares up, she soothes it and everything else, releases tensions, realigns my body, and energizes me. I have an appointment today, and I'm so ready for her skills and wonderful vibes.
