total gem, at first looks like a large cafe/restaurant with workspace but the more you look around the more you find! yoga and fitness classes, a gym, sauna, and upstairs is a mecca of acupuncture (shoutout josie) chiropractors, massage, hairstylists, and more. the food at Nest Cafe is fresh, healthy- lots of GF/Veg/vegan/sugar free options. the stress support latte has been my fav go to.
First time I came here I was not impressed. I had a meeting that I was early for so I went to look at the menu to get an idea of what I wanted. The woman was not very friendly and when I asked if they had WiFi she said I had to order a drink first. First of all this is a coffee shop, but secondly I was planning on ordering and wanted to wait for the person I was meeting. Nurture is the kind of place you start going to for one thing, then realize you want to be there all the time. It’s part of my daily routine now, and not just because it’s convenient—though it helps that I live nearby. I’m at Physical Culture Club, the new gym, nearly every day I'm in town. The classes are smart, tough, and program/led by a dude with multiple strength world records. Sometimes I’ll drop into a yoga class, and I always know the quality will be high. Went here with my friend on a Saturday morning. Great experience at the restaurant: you can tell they use high quality ingredients. Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal or just hang out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
