Terrible company. They take forever to send out your workers comp TTD payments and even longer to respond to lawyers. Haven’t received a payment since March.
This company is denying workers comp payouts to workers who received covid on the job by saying we could not of got it because we made an effort to wear PPEs. Had we not we would of been denied because we didn't try. This is a very shady company who supposedly moved there office from IL, but actually didn't. If you support them or put your money with them i expect you will be hiring a lawyer to fight them in the future. No moral or ethical compass never leads to good things (at least not for the customer).
