If you are looking for a med spa in Springfield, this is the one to go to! Victoria and her girls are always a pleasure to be around. They will make you feel welcome and comfortable no matter what services you are receiving. They are their clients biggest cheerleaders and actually listen to your wants/goals. They have definitely changed my life and made me feel so much better about myself!
What a blessing Nurse V has been! I know as a big bearded tattooed guy I’m the last person you’d think would utilize a med spa but….. I was talked into going and have had several cosmetic treatments and received many compliments about my image afterward. "I have to agree with the other comments here. The market price for Lipo-C is around $56 and B12 is $25, for a bottle is 81.00 you're charging $140 customers might as well order the bottle themself and do it at home it's cheaper than going to your shop
I recently switched my care to Nurse V and couldn’t be happier with my results. She genuinely cares about her clients and puts so much thought and attention to detail into every treatment. I highly recommend her!
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LIP FILLERS! Nurse V is the best of the best! I’ve been to several different spas and she’s the ONLY one who will ever do my fills!
