Been a patient of Dr. Strauss for many years with great success. However, I’ve been waiting a month to get asthma prescription refills from this clinic. Multiple calls and appointments have been made. Many attempts on the pharmacy end as well. Extremely rude receptionist with absolutely no business in customer service. These prescriptions are something I cannot live without, the receptionist is immediately rude, defensive, clearly miserable and immature with nothing but invalid excuses. Dr Strauss is literally the best doctor I have ever dealt with. our whole family adore and respect him, and feel wildly fortunate to call him our doctor.
I was turned down as a patient on the grounds that I have chronic conditions after a 5 minute call. The NP didn't even take any time to get to know me before rejecting my case. Confused about a NP that won't treat sick people. In this time of scarce medical care many people are left alone with health issues.
