Been a patient of Dr. Strauss for many years with great success. However, I’ve been waiting a month to get asthma prescription refills from this clinic. Multiple calls and appointments have been made. Many attempts on the pharmacy end as well. Extremely rude receptionist with absolutely no business in customer service. These prescriptions are something I cannot live without, the receptionist is immediately rude, defensive, clearly miserable and immature with nothing but invalid excuses.
