They have a serious schedule problem here. Call after 6 the night before and want to see you the next day, never on time but plenty of excuses why? I’m waiting right now for the nurse to come by called this morning said she would be here around 4 pm it’s now ten of 5 I guess they don’t really care about other peoples plans as long as they can come by and get the signature for services.
I tried to call the NOC and kept getting a recording., i ended up calling Port St.lucy because I couldn't get through to the Vero Beach Office. Someone was supposed to call last Eve. To set up a time for paperwork. No call. Port St Lucy on her 3rd try got through. It's 5:
My husband had surgery friday the nurse came that evening. For admission and told us a nurse would be by everyday. That being said Saturday we has a very nice nurse come but didnt know what she needed to do because the nurse from friday hadn't added notes or anything. No one came Sunday and when I called the number in the folder the 1st nurse gave us Friday is the wrong number.
