They haven't even arrived at my Mom's yet, and every bad review, even from 6 years ago is accurate. Non-responsive, last minute swaps, staff seemed pissed at their own admin.
Providers, just say no to this agency, they will drop your patients in a heartbeat with no care to help fix issues. They dont care about the patient, just the $$$
