Very responsive to patient’s and families’ needs whether physical or emotional. Showed up on time for every shift. Went over and above to schedule a couple of emergency shifts where the LHIN cancelled PSWs at the last minute. Efficient, capable, gave companionship to my distraught mother and took excellent care of my father, the patient. They assisted my mother with household cleaning and helping with meals. Highly recommend.

We had no idea that NND Nurse Next Door existed! For the past month, I required their services & was very impressed! Employees,Carol & Gomana were punctual,courteous,kind & attentive! Gomana was with us for a month! Always willing to take on any size project! No hesitation & a big smile! My husband & I would not hesitate to have the services of NND anytime in the future! Thanks to owner Shannon who is also very efficient & dedicated! Successful in running Home Health Care Services Windsor-Essex NND NURSE NEXT DOOR 🤗

To whom it may concern For the past 4weeks, I have been a home bound patient for NND, Employees Carol ,Abbbigail, Gomana.I have found them to be kind, courteous, attentive, punctual,clean,knowledgeable at what they do. I would not hesitate to have the services of these employees at any time in the future. Carol is my first caregiver from NND, she is my 5 stars choice, she is a happy-go lucky and easygoing person, always willing to help in anyway she can and anyway possible. From Donna

After mom broke her wrist, she lost her ability to walk independently. The care workers from Nurse Next Door became her missing arm and helped her to get to meals, to transfer her safely with her new wheel chair, to use the toilet safely, and to get into bed at night. They also assisted with exercises to keep her strength up, as well as visited with her to keep her spirits up. We were very pleased with the service of these care workers.
