I was trying to contact nurse next-door, somebody named, Allison, replied to me, clearly she doesn’t read to understand. Her response had nothing to do with my inquiry, and was in my opinion under par. I am not impressed with this company based on her reply, Specific questions should be tailored to the individual asking for feedback. Having a message that is basically a paraphrased response for a general population is not my idea of professional or helpful. Vancouver, Canada location!

The coordinators are communicative and flexible. The companions are kind and engaging with my loved one. The only thing to improve is that the companion was changed a number of times at the beginning of our time with Nurse Next Door. This service has been a great help to m5 family!

Very poor and disappointing experience. Buyer beware as they say. I had made notes regarding pricing for 2 nights and passed the pricing on to the family members who needed it. When I received the billing the amount was $18/hr more than what I was quoted for the first night as it was deemed "urgent care". This was not expressed to me in the intake conversation and it was a very specific question. Interestingly, I had signed 3 forms for this care and the pricing was not in writing. Would never recommend. Obviously they prey on the elderly. Engaged them to change an arm dressing till Homecare kicked in. Supposed to droo off contract--never happened. Gave them my CC#. MJSTAKE! W VISITS. ONE JUST UNDER AN HR AND ONE LESS THAN THAT. CC got chrged for 300 dollars. No invoice- no paperwork. Was told wnd visit would be cheaper. Not. SCAMMERS
