Wow just called to enquire about having medications given to my mother which is literally a 10 min job and was told I would be charged a minimum of 3 hours to do this twice a day. I find this to be completely unreasonable especially for a senior. Will not be ever using this service for nothing....

I was trying to gather some information. Someone named Allison replied to my inquiry, clearly she does not read to understand before responding! There is no such thing as a cookie cutter answer, as all situations are Unique! I was inquiring about employment and was going to move on to hiring somebody for my senior parents. The tone of the message was somewhere between uneducated and insulting. Allison needs to learn to read and understand before parroting back a generalized answer, which does not fit the criteria.

This company is truly, a life saver. Navigating aging parents is complex, overwhelming and I had no idea where to start. Grateful that this exists.
