When the caregivers show up they are fine. However we consistently have no shows. I can’t plan for anything because I don’t know if a person is coming or not. We’ve spoke to the staff multiple times about the issue.
I needed assistance after my knee surgery and called Nurse Next Door. They have friendly and helpful staff with great communication. I will call them in the future if the need arises. I would highly recommend.
