I feel bad leaving a negative review, but think it's important to warn anyone else to not make the mistake I did by going here for IPL treatments. I came here with a Groupon I purchased for $400 for 3 IPL facial treatments. At my consultation I told Jess I specifically purchased it to get rid of 2 age spots and some sun damage on my face. I had previously had this treatment done about 8 years prior at a Med Spa in New York with great success. Got a VAMP facial and was an amazing experience. Nurse Jess and Hannah made me feel very comfortable and I could see results as they were happening! Both Nurse Jess and Hannah were extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions truthfully and offer genuine advice. So excited to continue my skin journey with them. I additionally got my eyebrows tinted with Hannah for the first time and they exceeded my expectations.
I had such a great experience and will be returning for all my aesthetic needs. Jess and Becca made me feel really comfortable, and explained everything step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. I am so happy with my results and receive so many compliments. I also loved that they gave me clear aftercare. Jess will also recommend what she thinks that will help you with no pressure. Jess, is compassionate, professional and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed.
