Jack was rude and dismissive - avoid
Nurse Jack is amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. Jack gave me so much information about the procedure and after care advice. He took time to engage with me and was gentle and kind throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Jack! Good old fashioned service goes a long way these days and it’s rare….Jack offers it in bucket loads! Thank you Jack. 😊
