My mother and I went, and it was really nice. I did the sauna and it was very refreshing; I got a good sweat. My mom took 3 inches off her waist and an 1 inch off both of her arms. She did the red light therapy and wood therapy, with the vibration plate. We had a good time, it's well worth the price. I definitely recommend this experience.
From the moment that you walk into the lounge, the inspiration starts! I noticed the effects of the ultrasound cavitation, vibration, sauna and wood therapy while in the session. 100/10 experience that I will definitely make more time for. Thank you Nurse BB!
