Zico and NuRoofing did a great job replacing my roof after the recent hail and wind storms (early March, 2025). Communication was clear and concise throughout the entire process. He worked well with my claims adjuster and was able to get me a fair payout to cover the replacement of my whole roof without any extra surprise costs, anything we discussed before the job, was fulfilled. His crew did a quality job and kept the area as well kept as possible during the process while respecting my property.
Nuroofing made the whole process of having my roof replaced very easy. I did not have to stress about insurance claims or anything. Zico handled everything from start to finish. Roof was replaced with upgraded shingles in 1 day and they did an excellent job!
UPDATE 12/4: Zico called to say he will repair damages submitted b4 contract, asked that I remove review, but then called me bitter when I stated I paid for services I did not receive. At our 1st meeting, I clarified I write great reviews & would refer others. So I'll update this when my repairs are completed. 11/28/24 Zico offered roof & gutter services, but he's not a supplemental contractor who advocates for fences, gates, door, or screen damages, but was paid $11k+ 2 months before roof was installed. I contacted Nu Roofing to take a look at my roof since I noticed some damages from the summer storm (and it was time for a new roof). Zico came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable about roofing and even noticed we needed some new pairing and shingles. He was very clear from the get go on what steps we needed to take to get it replaced, from contacting insurance and to the final job.
