The most unprofessional management company ever. Our managers left early for the day, leaving no one in the office to receive a super important, time-sensitive phone call. They have teenagers as managers who joke around and make up rules off the tops of their heads. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT LIVE IN ANY COMPLEX OWNED AND OPERATED BY NUROCK.

This company is a joke, my eye on the stove are unbalanced, I wake up every morning with a kitchen and bathroom full of ants. I called and left a message for Rebecca Lively @ the corporate office on 1/4/16 & 1/11/16 to ask if they would accept $750 in rent until the following two weeks and pay the remaining late fee. She still has NOT called me back. I left a message for Chariss the office manager and still no answer. I had my security deposit taken and gave them a partial rent $408.00 just for Kim the manager to state she had an emergency and while I was out looking at that disgusting apartment she left. The apartment had a fire in the kitchen and they hadnt even clean the apartment from the last tenant. now they refuse to give me my money back since I didn't want a burned unit. Hiring an attorney..DO NOT RENT WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY
Someone needs to call the city to shut this place down. I work for them, so I know all their shady practices. They will make anyone a manager, Ms. Jackson and her nasty husband. Its ridiculous how they do things. Cant wait to leave here.
