Customer service in-store is polite and welcoming, but their communication outside the store is extremely poor. I had previously purchased a men’s wedding band and reached out to ask if they had a matching women’s band available. I specifically mentioned that I needed it before Saturday, 10/25/25 on WhatsApp with a photo , but he insisted I come to store with the ring. overpriced! Charged me double the price by saying we sell by piece not by grams. Sold me by weight first and then I asked for explanation and he told me its by piece. Not recommended 0/10. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I went there to buy earrings of 22k but he didn’t told me anything like price of gold making charges or tax he just said if u want to buy it if not leave . I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
