Ordered a gold bangle in February this year. Called multiple times for updates, always told "we'll call you back" and never received a call. It's July now and still no update. Gold prices have also come down since then. Very poor customer service. Was referred by a friend but sadly, I won't be going back.

I love this place. They have everything. I wanted to get my wife a 22kt bracelet and I asked if I bought more items if I could get a discount. He said yes absolutely and I ended up buying a paid of earrings and ankle bracelet too and he gave me a sweet discount. He also said If I ever wanted to trade it out he would give me credit and allow me to trade for an equal value item. My wife loved all 3 items and we are keeping them all.
