I went to repair my earrings. First, they told me the cost would be $40. When I went to pick them up, they suddenly asked for $300. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was very rude and disrespectful. This was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this jeweler.
This is a great family owned business. Would be coming back in the future.
I had a great experience today. I got 3 items repaired within 10 minutes. All three are sentimental and meaningful items. They handled them with great care and they are as good as new! They told me that I came at a good time, so they were able to repair it on the spot. The customer service was excellent! I was even with my two energetic, young sons. The gentlemen kindly engaged my sons and gave them lollipops and chocolates while we waited. They asked them questions about their interests. They made us feel welcome. I also fe... read more
