I had a great experience at Nuriootpa Optometrists. I came in with a broken arm on my glasses, hoping it could be repaired. While the original frame couldn’t be fixed, Michael offered an excellent alternative. He found a similar pair of Oakley frames that I liked and expertly ground my existing lenses to fit. The total cost was $250, and the result was perfect. Friendly, helpful service and a creative solution that saved me from having to get new lenses. Highly recommend!
Great with kids and very good and explaining what the issues are and how to help child. We have bought glasses for 2 kids this year and 2 years ago. Prices are higher than in Specsavers but very happy with the quality especially being children's glasses and not always being handled gently.

Told over two weeks ago that glasses would be ready in two weeks. Got a call to say they are ready, went in and one pair ready (but not right) and the other pair haven't been started and will be another two weeks! Went back to pick up first pair around 4pm and lights were off with sign on the door saying back tomorrow at 10am. Optometry good but customer service not good at all. I hope they improve to give an alternative to Specsavers but not looking good so far.
