Long waits only 1 medical room
Normally not a bad experience but needed a script on a Saturday for an ongoing medical condition and was refused an appointment on a Saturday told to go online for a script. Have to pay a monthly subscription just to be able to get medication for epilepsy. Changing drs.
Last week Nicole and Catherine were very helpful and compassionate and again today Catherine went out of her way to again help me. I appreciate your kindness and support.
I have worked in health care for over 20 years and can honestly say Dr Kamalika Herath is an angel with hidden wings and she is one of most caring, knowledgeable and supportive doctors I have met. The administration staff are always lovely too. 🩷
