I have only had my initial visit but the staff who set up the appointment were excellent and they got me in the same day I called!
Waiting for continued treatment to do what commercials say they do. Very disappointed. Been referred to two different clinics by Aura staff.
Good luck with scheduling an appointment! You’ll be stuck behind 5-20 other callers, and after waiting for 10-30 minutes when you’re the next caller, the machine will randomly drop you. Every single time I call it’s a 15 minute wait. I have a hard time believing that they don’t know they understaff the reception given how big of an issue it is. Someone billed my insurance for the wrong procedure and the doctor told me up front, but still asked me if I wanted to go through with the wrong one. Given the blinding pain I felt (a... read more

I am deeply disappointed in the way Nura is run and I feel a bit conned. For context, I have been dealing with debilitating back pain for a year and half after a disc herniation and have tried 4 other clinic systems for a multitude of treatment and came to Nura out of desperation . if you're looking for a healing journey, please be warned: First of all, you will not have a doctor or even a primary provider at the clinic and this will never be communicated to you.
