Not sure if they are good? Did nothing for my wife's pain issue. But I will tell you they have the worst billing department on the planet! totally unprofessional and unqualified staff!
NURA was good about getting an appointment to come in and find out I can have my radio frequency abrasions again. I’ve had good success with them in the past and now I can’t get an appointment to get it done because their schedule is full. They told me to call on Monday to see if April‘s calendar was out yet. Could you spend less on commercials and hire more people to answer your phone ?
The Nura surgery center team is amazing!! I have had a traumatic, terrible experience at another clinic, when I had a cervical epidural steroid injection and was absolutely terrified to have another one today at Nura! But the staff and Dr Wagner were amazing and really helped calm my nerves and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure!
