Beautiful clinic. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The nurse that reviewed my issues with me was very nice and listened carefully. Dr. Schultz was professional and personable. He also listened to my concerns very carefully and explained things fully. I was impressed with the fact that he had an assistant documenting the visit so he could be fully engaged in our discussion. They have never taken me seriously, because I don't whine or cry. I have a seriously painful situation in my back, due to having had a lumbar fusion surgery without knowing I had developed osteoporosis. They have always treated me just as a drug seeker, which I am not, except that the meds are the only thing that help my constant pain. I have been taking copious amounts of ibuprofen, which has now led to my having kidney disease. It is unbearable much of the time, and I have no life. I am angry at them all. They weren't able to help me. That was OK. BUT when I tried to get records sent for continuation of care it took months. I just couldn't recommend this place.
I had a good experience. My surgeon took time to explain my options and to ensure that I understood my options. I also felt like everyone cared. I could tell that there is a good workplace culture. A lot of negative reviews might cause someone to feel intimidated or upset just coming here. Comparing this to a clinic called Minnesota Institute for Pain Management, this clinic is the more professional, more clean, more effective option.
