I’ve always loved Nura’s yoga sessions so if you’re ever looking for an excellent yoga instructor, please check her out! But I just went on my first yoga retreat with her and it was just what I needed: a good balance of yoga and introspective contemplation, relaxation and free time, and absolutely delicious dining all within a beautifully stunning setting. I have attended Nura’s first yoga class in Nanaimo, and since then I have attended hundreds of her classes and several of her workshops. Nura is a brilliant yoga teacher. She teaches not only the asanas but most of the 8 limbs of yoga. Nura’s classes are never the same, she always prepares every detail of her class, but her vast knowledge of the yoga practice allows her the modify when need during the class. Nura is a wonderful and creative teacher. She is a clear communicator and offers variations and alternatives throughout the class. She is the best yoga teacher I've ever had class with and I've been doing yoga for over 20 years.
