I had such an amazing experiences and NUR Med Spa with Dr. Saima. From the aesthetics of the office to greeting and checking in, it was such an amazing and smooth process. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Saima is amazing, truly takes her time to explain and understand what your goal is and she completely understands the assignment and is so gentle! I don’t know how this company chooses to keep calling me over and over and over I’ve asked them to stop. They do not stop. I spoke to Natalia today when I asked for an office manager she said there was none there. It was just her when I asked to leave a message, she said there was no office manager when I asked who was in charge. She told me a doctors name that began with an S and then she said she would give the information to her manager, so she actually lied to me as well. It was such an amazing experience. I felt so heard and taken care of. I was so nervous with it being my first time and Dr. Saima took so much time out to go over everything so I can make the right options I’m comfortable with. I can’t wait to go back.
