nuPharma Pharmacy failed to deliver my mother’s medication the day before her scheduled treatment. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, no one answered the phone during regular business hours. On Tuesday, October 25th, their office was closed without any notice or explanation, even though their posted hours stated they should have been open. nuPharma are the Best!! They prepare blister pack meds for my father and deliver them to his home. He is elderly and they are always so patient and accommodating. Whenever I have questions, the manager Payal is so pleasant and always finds a solution. Thank you to all the staff at nuPharma.
Free delivery and a great app make this pharmacy stand out. The staff is always friendly, and I love how easy it is to refill my prescriptions.
The delivery driver has a horrible attitude and the amount of times he phones you in a row could be considered harassment. I've deleted my account based off this interaction. The app is extremely buggy. They have a whole messaging platform, how are you unable to send me updates about when to expect delivery? They could have also mentioned to be waiting for a phone call from an unknown Ontario number that is not associated with their name. Do you know how many spam phone calls come from similar numbers? Was blown away by the pharmacist here. They were super patient with me on a first time prescription and how to administer it. I was so impressed I transferred my existing prescriptions to nuPharma.
