Nupen Lighting is fantastic. The estimate was detailed. Keda explained where he wanted to put the lights and why. Our house is on an angle to the street and he took that into consideration when making the design. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The lights look amazing. They have gone above and beyond with follow up to make sure things work perfectly.
Unbelievable custorner service experience, always answers the phone for any questions or concerns. I feel so safe and secure with this beautiful custom lighting job!
Great experience from estimate to install with Nupen Lighting. Estimate was fair and the work was executed quickly and without problem. Even had them do some extra lighting work for our attached lights. Recent storms damaged our new system and the crew came quickly and repaired the damage. Would defiantly use them for future projects and recommend their services.
Warranty service calls require $150 field charge past 1yr. Installed materials don't last and then force you to pay to fix (what's supposedly included) and veil it as a warranty. Customer experience is terrible and they refuse to do anything unless you pay for this service call. What a joke - so much for "standing by your work."
