Unbelievable custorner service experience, always answers the phone for any questions or concerns. I feel so safe and secure with this beautiful custom lighting job!
Great experience from estimate to install with Nupen Lighting. Estimate was fair and the work was executed quickly and without problem. Even had them do some extra lighting work for our attached lights. Recent storms damaged our new system and the crew came quickly and repaired the damage. Would defiantly use them for future projects and recommend their services.
Warranty service calls require $150 field charge past 1yr. Installed materials don't last and then force you to pay to fix (what's supposedly included) and veil it as a warranty. Customer experience is terrible and they refuse to do anything unless you pay for this service call. What a joke - so much for "standing by your work."

SERVICE Review - the Nupen team is always professional and steadfast in standing behind their work. I had some additional lights installed and some animals had chewed the power lines which caused a power disruption. In the summer heat, they made their best efforts to make their way out to me. Once here, they repaired the line and added some additional protections to prevent it from happening again. They stand by their products and provide up front and professional service.
