Amal was so great with my daughter for her first time ever having braids! She was so kind and gentle and easy to talk to. We will absolutely be back
I lobe how the braids came out and the color we add looks good
I had an appointment booked a week in advance. I left work early to make it to my appointment which was 25 minutes away (gas isn’t cheap) and nobody was there and I texted her asking how long she would take to get here and I got no response. So I decided to give her 30 minutes and she still don’t show up. They are not very considerate of others people time and lack communication unfortunately this business probably won’t last long because of their inability to communicate to their clients
Such a wonderful experience. I’m so happy that we now have a black owned braiding salon in Portage. Amal and her cousin Jackie are wonderful and do exceptional work. You won’t be disappointed.
