I had an appointment booked a week in advance. I left work early to make it to my appointment which was 25 minutes away (gas isn’t cheap) and nobody was there and I texted her asking how long she would take to get here and I got no response. So I decided to give her 30 minutes and she still don’t show up. They are not very considerate of others people time and lack communication unfortunately this business probably won’t last long because of their inability to communicate to their clients

Such a wonderful experience. I’m so happy that we now have a black owned braiding salon in Portage. Amal and her cousin Jackie are wonderful and do exceptional work. You won’t be disappointed.

Amal is incredible. She makes sure my hair not only looks amazing but feels really comfortable. I was feeling insecure about my hair when I met Amal and she made me feel beautiful. She's truly an artist and has a beautiful spirit. Her salon is clean and comfortable and the company is top tier.
