I had left an earlier post rating them at three starts due to a customer service issue. However, Mr. Nuno responded within 24hrs and corrected the situation. This place really does care about the customer. I would definitely recommend this place as an alternative to paying dealership rates.
Ms. Rachel's....let's please speak the truth. Your car came in because it didn't start. Once we got the vehicle started we then drove it and the car had no power. Your car was left at my shop over night and keys were in the drop box for us to check. I don't know how your car was running but yet you claim that it ran GREAT but yet it wouldn't start. As far as rip offs.....we didn't charge you to check it!!! We spent 3 hours to check it and you didn't even get charged. I'm sorry that we couldn't help you and you did admit that... read more
