went there with a noise problem under my car and also wanted their recommendation for 100,000 mile check up. I was out of there within an hour with the noise fixed (loose heat shield) and a replacement of cabin air filter. I chose not to get an oil change and took a pass on fluid replacement. I felt zero pressure to accept their recommendations. I will go back to Nuno's because I received excellent friendly service. My bill came to $83 and some change. Horrible customer service. Price gouging. Possibly even creating more problems in vehicles in order to upcharge their customers. Bunch of crooks!
went to the shop to take advantage of the oil change special with tire rotation and fluid top off,not happy.they changed oil and instead of topping off fluid and rotating tires,just returned car to me ,when i asked why no tire rotation they said oh well your front tire is worn (i admit it had some wear as it was the older tire of the four)and we wont rotate them if they're worn,its a safety/liability issue. i have no problem with them not wanting to, but no one said anything to me till i brought it to they're attention and a... read more
