Was out of town while my unit got cleared out so my wife had to handle returning keys and such. Owner tends to get mouthy with women I guess. Very rude to her when she informed them we were not continuing to stay. Was mad we didn’t tell him earlier, like we hadn’t already paid for up until the 11th of the month. Also wanted to get mouthy over us only having one key to return, even though they get to keep your ten dollar deposit. Very disappointed on the way out of this storage and I won’t come back.

We rented the unit for two years and usually had no issues when my husband would talk to the owner. Though when we moved we got all of our things out on a Sunday and I called to be sure someone was going to be there so I could return the key on a Wednesday which was on the 5th.
