I had been a patient here for some time and previously worked with an excellent nurse who left the practice. I was open to continuing care with the new nurse. I am fully aware of the missed appointment policy and have paid missed appointment fees in the past without complaint, including as a mental health provider myself. Love Amy so Much. She has helped me so much!!!! Highly Recommend I have seen other providers with no help at all. Amy listens to you and genuinely cares. I have never had someone listen and actually cry for me and with me. If a medication doesn’t work she will research something that will work. She is not a here, take a pill and be in your way therapist. If you need a therapist that will listen and take care of what you need, Amy is it. I can hand down 100% wholeheartedly say that Brianna has been an absolute life changer and life saver. I've NEVER felt this heard or understood ever. I've been trying therapy on and off for 15+ years with zero positive outcome. I wish I could find the words to truly explain how authentic and amazing Brianna is.
