Très mauvais service après vente ! Lorsque j'ai créer mon compte sur le site NUNMN j'ai donné ma nouvelle adresse pour la commande d'un produit. Et celle-ci ayant été redirigée vers Shop pour le traitement et le suivi de l'envoie, l'adresse prise en considération était l'ancienne car mon compte Shop n'était pas à jour. Bref, la commande a été livrée à la mauvaise personne, sans signature demandée à la livraison. Je trouve inacceptable de livrer des commandes à tel prix sans signature demandée. Been buying from them a couple of times, fast shipment, attentive customer service, most importantly, their NMN work, I have tried a lot of other brands which do not work as good as this one, you feel the level of metabolism and my colleagues (who see me once a month) told me that I look more youthful with better skin now than 3 months ago when I first started taking it, my skin is a lot more clear and radiant too
I made an order a week ago. Till now there is no order update. No shipping info and I can’t get anyone to reply to chat or pick up the phone.. at this point I want to cancel my order and membership. But I can’t get to talk to anyone. Not sure if I should report to my bank.. i don’t know if this is a scam but definitely very bad customer experience.
