Joe Nunely and his crew did a wonderful job on our basement room remodel. We took an unused storage/ workroom and converted it into a guest/artcraft room with a full bath. Joe communicated clearly with every step of the way, his workmen were timely, clean, and polite as well as top notch craftsmen. We didn't have any timing or material delays. We will be working with him in the near future on other projects within our home.
Nunley Custom Homes did a family room and open porch addition on the back of our brick ranch house in Botany Woods. Joe designed it, met with us for feedback, and did several tweaks to the original design. From start to finish communication and the timeframe were excellent. Recently, we had our entire kitchen and dining room renovated. This included removing the wall between the two rooms, relocating all our appliances, removing a dysfunctional skylight, installing an island with a gas cooktop and seating for four, and replacing all our kitchen cabinets.
