I feel bad ruining his 5 star streak, but here’s the deal… This lawyer represented someone I purchased a property from. They gave the keys to my lawyer, who gave them to me on the day of closing and when I entered the property the previous owner had the house full of their stuff, still moving. When we emailed the lawyer the simply declined to help. If they had done their job then I might have received my due compensation which I will never receive now.
