DO NOT HIRE NUNEZ FLOORING – UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, AND POOR WORKMANSHIP! I strongly advise against hiring Nunez Flooring. We trusted them to install luxury vinyl plank flooring, which we purchased directly from them, only to be met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. Shortly after installation, the floors began buckling. While they initially came out to "fix" the problem, the issues persisted and have only gotten worse. Will not fix bad quality product, can’t get hold of anyone and when you do setup and appointment they never show up. This company is a scam
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WE WILL NEED TO SUE TO GET THEM TO FIX OUR FLOORS. We had them install Luxury Vinyl Plank on December of 2023. Upon them finishing there were alot of soft spots throughout and the floor popped when walked on in several locations. They came out and repaired a few spots but shortly after other locations begin to do the same thing. We were told this was because the concrete floor wasn't level. Horrible. Once you pay them, they just vanish. All the claims in the name of warranty ends at the second they receive the payment. No warranty, no customer service and they stop answering your calls and texts. Save your money and time and give your business to someone else.
