We had used nunes plumbing for a few years. They were pretty good. Our last experience was very disappointing. We had a scheduled appointment and my husband took the day off to be home when they arrived. Nobody called , nobody showed up. When I called the office Tiffany ( plumbers wife ) said “ oh I left a message on your cell phone “ when I said what number did you call she laughed and said well maybe I dialed the wrong number “. I have used Nunes Plumbing for over 14 years. Upon selling our secondary home we needed immediate service before closing. Nunes went above and beyond the call of duty and assured me our repairs would take place the next morning. To my surprise they showed up the same evening I called. The Nunes team is very professional, excellent clean up upon leaving and outstanding quality of work. They are also very competitive with pricing. Great experience.
Absolutely terrible company. Water heater that Nunes installed only 6 years ago, failed. Reached out to get service, got nothing but a run around. Didn't have my serial number on file, never registered the tank with the manufacturer, had no record of the warranty status. "We're checking on warranty..." was about all I ever heard back. Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided it didn’t want to hold water anymore and leaked into our basement. I made one call to Nunes who came out and replaced our old gas power vented tank with a tankless system. The install went smoothly and aside from the new heater and extra space in the basement you’d never know they were at the house. Nunes is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them enough.
