Reception staff & drs all get 5 stars ... always courteous, efficient & helpful.. don't know what other reviews are on about. I'll be following to new premises!!!
Have been seeing Mary-Ellen since I was child and have always had the best care from her! Reception staff are always helpful!
Worst appointment I have ever had with a doctor. In and out in 5 minutes. No care. Next appointment cancelled as Doctor can't come in today. I have been waiting over a week to get this appointment. No care. No concern. You are just a number.
Just speaking to the reception staff here is below satisfactory for customer service. They are extremely unhelpful and act like we shouldn’t be calling as they are always too busy or books are closed. Like it’s a personal problem against them. Honestly, If you hate your job that bad - or it’s too stressful, quit. Horrendous, please have phone etiquette training.
The receptionists are some of the worst staff I have ever interacted with. It's like a skit show parody where the joke is that they are rude and unhelpful. So sorry for asking you to help me, a customer, with the most basic task in your role description.
