I have attended this clinic for the past 2 years. The location is convenient and bulk billing is a major benefit. However my experience was Dr Zhong-Mei Liu's bedside manner has been disappointing. During a recent appointment, she was more than 30mins late and did not acknowledge or apologise for the delay. She then questioned me in a confrontational manner about seeing another doctor and returning to this clinic for a required procedure. Quite a strange experience. Booked for 3pm. Got a call rings for 4 sec then hung up. I called back receptionist says I have to physically come here. I use public transport hence I can't get there on time. Hence 25 mins waiting. Otherwise a nice interior and facility.
good experience, every one is nice, kind, welcoming, the nurse Kiki is so patient and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.
Rude asian young guy, i dont reccomend this place, asian men seems to hate me even though im asian lmao
Not recommended by phone consultation with Dr. Mumtaz. She issued a prescription of non- existent medicine, so unprofessional. I went to two pharmacies and they both found the medicine is not available for a few years. Some casual GP are not qualified anymore in this clinic. Be careful.
