Took my Alfa in for a Vibration on the front left, they had the car for 3 days and couldn't find it, even after two employees taking my car home and putting 100 plus kms on it. I ended up going in and taking an employee for a drive so he could feel it. Ended up diagnosed as both CV drive shafts need replacing $1200 for both before labour!!! Asked for a discount for the use of my car and having it for 4 days but got nothing. Took it to Zagames they found it in less than a day, a buckled rim!!! How can you get it so wrong!!! Heads up! Bought a Stelvio here three and a half years ago. Had to ask for a spare key and one was provided. When I needed to use it recently it was the wrong key. Called and was told to bring it there to be reprogrammed only to find it couldn't be reprogrammed because it had already been programmed to another car. Escalated it to the Manager Chris and was told it was too long ago and that the most they could do is sell me a replacement at cost. We don’t have word to express the unprofessional way this place are running, no one want work , the distroy my car , the are incompetent specially at the desk, is impossible find any other car company like this people stay away

Tried calling the sales team twice...rings through and then engaged tone, tried calling the reception..twice...engaged tone again. Such a shame the Alfa Romeo brand is being ruined by non existent customer service. This would never happen at a competitor's dealership.
