Beautiful artifacts!
Small, rustic primary processing centre for artifacts, the Nunalleq Center is a fantastic, up close experience with Yu’pik culture and history. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. Louie showed us around and provided helpful narration to the artifacts and demonstrated a clear sense of wonder and affection for the artifacts and his culture that they represented. Absolutely worth the visit.
