Disrespectful,and not listening to all my injuries.
Disgraceful Practice. 85 year old woman, little English speaker. Sent home after blood test. Her daughter gets a call telling her to ring an ambulance straight away as she needs to get a blood transfusion. Gave absolutely no details of the problem, so when I ring an ambulance I am not armed with the info they need. Why didn't they call an ambulance? They have the details. Great local medical centre, All the receptionist are awesome. Has a pathology department. On site nurse, Large waiting area and childrens play area.
Dr.spencer is the best g.p I've ever dealt with..listens and understanding. Thanks Jason
